Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8 AM-8 PM MST)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and service disruptions for Texas-based clients
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 98% accuracy for quality assurance
- Collaborate with weekday teams through virtual handovers for seamless continuity
- Meet/exceed weekly KPIs including CSAT scores, resolution rates, and response times
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvements and contribute to knowledge base development
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience with weekend/shift availability
- Proficient in remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Zendesk, Microsoft Office)
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to de-escalate complex scenarios
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse Albuquerque/Texas clientele
- Ability to maintain productivity during extended weekend shifts
