- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues and process orders with 95%+ accuracy
- Document interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex cases
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekend team huddles and skill development sessions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with flexible daytime/evening shifts
