Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve product inquiries, technical issues, and service requests with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet performance metrics for response time and resolution rate
- Participate in weekend-specific training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Strong communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available Saturdays 8AM-4PM and Sundays 10AM-6PM EST
