Responsibilities
- Manage weekend client accounts via phone, email, and chat support
- Resolve technical issues and provide product guidance
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive client retention
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs
- Proactively address client concerns to prevent escalations
- Track performance metrics and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or tech support experience
- Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
