Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts

- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic client concerns
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for enterprise clients
- Conduct weekend onboarding sessions for new premium clients
- Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or technical support roles
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot SaaS applications and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Self-motivated with reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm PST)
- Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is a significant plus
