Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM PST)
- Proactively resolve technical issues and product inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell premium services to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure consistent service delivery and handoff protocols
- Document interactions and update customer profiles in Salesforce with detailed notes
- Participate in weekend team huddles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high CSAT scores and first-contact resolution metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or technical support experience
- Proven track record of weekend availability and reliability
- Proficiency with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical troubleshooting aptitude
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Experience with SaaS products or tech industry preferred
