Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-6pm MST)
- Master company products/services to provide accurate solutions and upsell opportunities
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining 95%+ data accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Meet weekly KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction (CSAT >90%)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience, remote work a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (must work both Sat/Sun)
