Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software problems for enterprise clients
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in Salesforce
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and communicate to sales team

Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
