Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise software products
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for complex issue escalation
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements for weekend support workflows
- Participate in monthly weekend team training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably with SaaS products
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and mobile platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (7 AM - 7 PM PT)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Jira, or similar support tools
- High-speed home internet connection and quiet workspace
- Flexibility to cover occasional holiday weekends as needed
