Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (8 AM - 8 PM EST)
- Resolve technical issues for premium SaaS products with 95%+ customer satisfaction
- Document all interactions in Salesforce while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams via Slack to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support engineers
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team meetings for performance reviews
- Maintain 95%+ availability during scheduled shifts using our remote monitoring tools
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues (SaaS, cloud platforms preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience required)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holiday coverage
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
