Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to senior specialists
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLAs
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify process improvements and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and first-contact resolution rates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling within 8am-8pm window
