Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex cases
- Maintain detailed records in CRM system and document resolution steps
- Collaborate with global support teams using real-time communication tools
- Adhere to SLA targets while maintaining quality standards
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team huddles and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM ET) with flexibility
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
