Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the on-site engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in technical support or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
