Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in onboarding new support procedures and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
