Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system in real-time.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and service continuity.
- Stay updated on product features and technical updates to provide accurate assistance.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and remote work policies.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or IT help desk roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
