- Document all customer interactions and system configurations in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reside in the Oklahoma City, OK area (Remote-first, but local candidates preferred).
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
