Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical assistance via phone, email, and remote desktop software to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems, printer errors, and operating system malfunctions.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using our ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira).
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the knowledge base to maintain up-to-date support resources.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to report bugs and suggest product improvements based on user feedback.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- Demonstrated experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Friday–Sunday) and be willing to work occasional holidays.
