Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support to clients experiencing hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and OS errors.
- Manage and document all technical support tickets using our CRM software with 100% accuracy.
- Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and patiently to non-technical users.
- Collaborate with the team to improve support protocols and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure all weekend shift coverage is met and that service level agreements (SLAs) are upheld.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
