Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site Detroit team to resolve escalated technical tickets.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and internal software updates.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Must reside in the Detroit, MI area (or willing to commute to HQ for onboarding).
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Available to work weekends (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
