Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and customer support via chat, email, and phone channels during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high CSAT score.
- Document all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless handover of critical tickets.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
