Responsibilities
- Manage Complex Calendars: Coordinate and schedule appointments for multiple departments with precision and attention to detail.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for rescheduling requests, cancellations, and confirmations via phone and email.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and scheduling software to ensure operational efficiency.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing meeting materials.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in scheduling, administrative assistance, or customer service is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, HealthEcare) is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
