- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Format documents according to client specifications using MS Office Suite
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize transcription software (Express Scribe, oTranscribe) efficiently
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
- Communicate with project managers regarding technical issues or clarification needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proven typing speed of 75+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with medical/legal terminology (BLS/CERT preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word and cloud-based transcription platforms
- Excellent command of English grammar and punctuation
