Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM platforms
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues for resolution
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and first-call resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a remote or hybrid setting
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening abilities
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a virtual team
