Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service to clients via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote users with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support tickets and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team lead to identify common technical issues and improve self-service resources.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and security protocols while working remotely.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a remote customer support or technical helpdesk role.
- Must reside within Jacksonville, FL and have a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware troubleshooting.
