Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email for PA & OH-based clients
- Process insurance claims and patient records with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack and Asana
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all digital interactions
- Identify process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
- Train new remote team members quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in healthcare/benefits
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High-speed internet and quiet home office space
- PA or OH residency required
- Strong typing speed (60+ WPM)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
