Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end strategic projects, ranging from market expansion studies to operational efficiency audits.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced modeling techniques to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Prepare high-level presentations and executive summaries for board meetings and client stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions to optimize business performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to align on organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the firm's knowledge management systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong quantitative background with proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Python, SQL, and Tableau.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, university clubs, or extracurricular activities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
