- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Design strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing data from quantum computing, biotech, and climate science
- Author thought leadership publications on Resilient Futures for industry summits
- Build predictive models simulating geopolitical and economic impacts on global supply chains
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using proprietary Horizon Matrix methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight at top-tier consulting firms or R&D labs
- Proven track record developing scenario plans for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience advising boards on ESG and ethical tech governance frameworks
