Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating AI integration, climate adaptation, and workforce transformation
- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantitative/qualitative forecasting models
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future-proofing organizational structures

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing forward-looking frameworks for Fortune 500 clients

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
