- Lead scenario-planning workshops for global teams across 5+ time zones
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and maintain a future-focused innovation ecosystem with academic partners
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Champion data-driven decision-making across all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech)
