- Conduct competitive analysis and technology trend forecasting to inform executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage technology incubation programs and prototype development initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product development, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with $50M+ budget oversight
- Certifications in strategic innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT Sloan) highly valued
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
