- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for emerging technology labs
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on 2026 technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics
- Proven track record delivering quantum computing solutions
- Expertise in blockchain, neural networks, and AI ethics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to production
- Security clearance for government-contracted R&D projects
