- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-AI, decentralized networks) for market disruption potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or metaverse architecture
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Austin, Boston)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
