- Mentor a 12-person innovation team through agile development cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, nanotech, climate tech)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+ portfolio)
- Exceptional presentation skills for stakeholder audiences up to board level
- Fluency in at least two emerging tech programming languages (Python, R, Julia)
