Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products with 18-24 month horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies via global research networks
- Present strategic futures to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate frontier technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic R&D or corporate innovation with future-facing deliverables
- Proven track record in emerging tech assessment (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on complex technological futures
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
