As a key member of our Future Vision Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while fostering a culture of innovation across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen technology prototypes
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across departments
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic initiatives to commercial success
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M
