Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technology evolution through 2026
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen challenges
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, bio-computing, neuro-interfaces) for commercial viability
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading global remote teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
