Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives targeting net-zero operations by 2026
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, or human augmentation
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology journals
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-proof solutions
