Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish partnerships with leading research labs and global innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage a $5M innovation fund portfolio for high-impact 2026 initiatives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with global policy bodies
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Future Visionaries program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining initiatives post-2020
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
