This role demands an architect of possibilities who can decode emerging trends and translate them into actionable innovation frameworks that will redefine industries by 2026.
As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and cross-functional teams to develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks. You'll spearhead initiatives in quantum computing integration, AI ethics governance, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap using trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and disruption readiness
- Produce quarterly future-state briefs for executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and biotechnology integration
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future literacy capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into business strategies
- Track record of launching future-oriented initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences
