Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism with documented 5+ year predictive accuracy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, digital sovereignty)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or equivalent practical expertise
