As a thought leader in our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and academic partners to anticipate paradigm shifts. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational evolution for the 2026 horizon and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2024-2026)
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global teams
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise product teams on future-proofing technology roadmaps
- Represent the company at global innovation conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal megatrends
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network connections with futurist communities (e.g., WFSF, APF)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
