As a pivotal member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global policy think tanks. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and societal impact initiatives spanning biotechnology, climate tech, and digital consciousness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future visions into actionable innovation sprints
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Prototype next-gen interfaces using AR/VR and neural tech platforms
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate modeling
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience leading high-impact R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of implemented future-vision projects
