Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic whitepapers and market disruption models for executive and investor audiences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs to capture emerging innovations
- Design and implement corporate innovation pipelines aligned with 5-10 year technological trajectories
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products or ventures
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and published thought leadership
- Experience building and managing innovation ecosystems or corporate venture functions
