- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with C-suite executives
- Author white papers and thought leadership on paradigm-shifting innovations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps with ROI projections
- Mentor teams in speculative design thinking and long-term visioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or futurism with proven impact on innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum systems)
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (TED, WSJ, MIT Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting projects launched
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
