Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year innovation frameworks aligned with UN SDGs and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies into core products
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in climate tech, AI ethics, or biotechnology trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
