Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and implement enterprise-level innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops and design thinking sessions for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to anticipate market opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation strategy, consulting, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and scaling future-oriented business models
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management strongly preferred
