- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory evolutions to inform strategic pivots
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
