Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to forecast industry trajectories through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with academic institutions and startups
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an organizational culture of future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or thought leadership
