As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders to identify disruptive technologies, anticipate market shifts, and develop actionable roadmaps for sustainable growth. Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 5-year strategic planning
- Develop innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and scenario-planning documents for executive review
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent FutureWorks at global forums on future-of-work and technology ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
