Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive innovations
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and investors
- Drive R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA
- Quantum computing integration projects
- Ethical framework development for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership in future studies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Delphi method and scenario planning
- Portfolio of launched future-oriented products
- Security clearance preferred
